That is, are we focusing the client's energy, or are we sending our own?
The energy is within us. We have learned to arouse it through becoming aware of it, or at least of our physical bodies which contain it, and we loan it to the client by inserting it into specific points. This then arouses the energy in the client. They will often feel it over their entire body, but most particularly, they will feel it in the areas specific to their health, where we have inserted it for that purpose. Jim

What Should I Do When I Think I'm Coming Down with a Cold....
...or, the client says they have a cold or flu? ie, what is the criteria when you feel you are coming down with something as far as warning clients are concerned, and when do you cancel them....and conversely, when they say they are sick on some level, what is your tipping point?
Actually, I don't cancel clients - I give them a warning, and they cancel me almost 100% of the time. I give them a warning as soon as I know I've been exposed, or if I start feeling cold or 'flu symptoms. If the client is sick, my tipping point is if it sounds contagious and is airborne. I'll work on nasty staph infections all day long without a worry, but a cold is bad news for too many people. But though I tell my clients about that, the fact is that they will almost always show up even if they have a cold or the 'flu - even those who would be the most threatened if I showed up with one. For that reason, I take at least two teaspoons of the good colloidal silver every day (Meso Silver). By the gallon, it's less than $300 a year. If I've been exposed, I go to about six teaspoons a day for a couple of weeks. Most of the time, I don't catch anything. Unfortunatly, being honest about illness means that I sometimes don't see those who need the work the most for a month or so at a time, and between them and me, that can happen three or four times a year - but in terms of their overall and continued health, it is worth the tradeoff. Arthritis
What does one do for arthritis besides holding the affected area? My right thumb, first knuckle, suddenly got 'arthritic'. Holding it helps, but wondering if there is something else to do? Thanks.
Arthritis is not a simple issue with a one-size-fits all answer. The causes of arthritis are previous joint injury, wear and tear, systemic inflammation, hormone imbalance (thyroxin and parathyroid hormone), and leaky-gut syndrome, which in the extreme leads to rheumatoid arthritis with a proliferation of white blood cells (autoimmune response). Each case needs to be evaluated to determine the level of treatment required - a medical diagnosis is very helpful, particularly if level of inflammation is included.
In osteoarthritis, the normal wear-and-tear sort, there is at least local inflammation, leading to vulnerability of the cartilage lining the joint, often with bits of calcium/bone deposits and spurring of the bones involved. The Regenesis aspect consists principally of treating both the affected areas and the thryoid gland. Supplements to lower inflammation and encourage healing of the cartilage are also helpful, but are beyond the scope of this blog. If other signs of systemic inflammation, allergies and food sensitivities are present, leaky gut syndrome must be considered. This can be an aspect of the problem, whether it is from simple wear and tear to rheumatoid. Treatment is discussed in Advanced Level I of the course, but the section in the Regenesis Workbook (basic level) on the intestines can be very helpful. Jim

When Clients are light headed at the completion of session
Sometimes at the end of a session, the client will feel a little dizzy or light headed. What is the best thing to do to send them on their way grounded?
It is always a good idea to offer the client a glass of water at the end of the session. This alone is grounding. You can also hold the clients feet and apply the energy, giving particular attention to the central area just heelward from the metatarsal arch. In more extreme cases, lightly brush down the client's back with your arms crossed (left hand brushing the right side of the spine, right hand brushing the left), then keep brushing as you back away from direct physical contact. Approach the client from the front and run your hands lightly down both sides of their body all the way to their toes. Again, lightly brush as you pull away, including the front as well as the sides. Starting at the sixth chakra, pull energy from the client, as if you were pulling a long piece of invisible cord. Continue down and repeat at each chakra. Lastly, take one foot at a time and hold the point behind the metatarsal arch while holding the Achilles tendon. Check with client to see if they are fully grounded. If not, engage them in light conversation, or recommend that they take a brief walk before trying to drive. Jim

How frequently can we do sessions?
When we have clients, this probably won't be an issue, because most people won't want to pay our fee, like 5 days in a row. But now, practicing on family and friends, we could do it every day. Seems to me you said there was a limit and then there needed to be some time and space for it to work. So, how do we space sessions? Thanks
There really is no limit as such. Once the energy is active in the client, however, it will continue to work for about three days, with the effectiveness tapering off over that time to the client's normal level. Three days, however, is only approximate - some clients will continue to experience changes and activity for as long as two weeks.
For practical purposes, and to make the most of your own time, it is good to space the treatments giving the clients one or two days off between sessions.

Welcome!
Now the graduates of Regenesis have a forum. If you are a graduate of any level, you can blog your successes, your frustrations and your questions, and get feedback from Jim. We will all grow and gain from the input. If you'd like to participate, all you have to do is have a gmail.com email account. If you don't, go to www.google.com, and click on GMail at the top, which will lead you thru the process. Then, email acumind1@gmail.com and ask to be a co-author of the blog. That's all there is to it! Jim will be back from Holland by November 3rd, and we'll start blogging!
