When Clients are light headed at the completion of session

Sometimes at the end of a session, the client will feel a little dizzy or light headed.  What is the best thing to do to send them on their way grounded?

It is always a good idea to offer the client a glass of water at the end of the session. This alone is grounding. You can also hold the clients feet and apply the energy, giving particular attention to the central area just heelward from the metatarsal arch. In more extreme cases, lightly brush down the client's back with your arms crossed (left hand brushing the right side of the spine, right hand brushing the left), then keep brushing as you back away from direct physical contact. Approach the client from the front and run your hands lightly down both sides of their body all the way to their toes. Again, lightly brush as you pull away, including the front as well as the sides. Starting at the sixth chakra, pull energy from the client, as if you were pulling a long piece of invisible cord. Continue down and repeat at each chakra. Lastly, take one foot at a time and hold the point behind the metatarsal arch while holding the Achilles tendon. Check with client to see if they are fully grounded. If not, engage them in light conversation, or recommend that they take a brief walk before trying to drive. Jim
